We should be able to write it clearly and legibly in our files. We need to constantly  equip ourselves with the  Hindi vocabulary  by referring to dictionary to find appropriate Hindi word for an English one, and by reading at least one Hindi newspaper daily. We should also listen to Hindi news bulletins to enrich ourselves on this front. He also reiterated to take pride in Hindi as our national language, which should rightly take its respectable place in our official work.
